Both officers reportedly worked on a series of protests in Melbourne in September and are not vaccinated.
The two officers come from a downtown police station.
Another 23 members of that station have now been forced into two weeks of quarantine after being exposed to the virus.
Those officers are vaccinated and returned negative results.
Police Association Secretary Victoria Wayne Gatt said none of the sick officers are in intensive care.
