Not without reason, the founding fathers of the United States were very interested in tyranny.
The founders realized that the most effective weapon to stem the natural inclination of those in power to acquire more and more power beyond the limits imposed on them by the Constitution would require ubiquitous armed citizenship. And because they perceived as an evident truth that the right of the people to possess and bear arms pre-exists in man, they engraved that right in stone.
An explicit God-given Charter of Rights incorporated into the Constitution would make it clear to those serving in government that what the divine Creator has given to man, no artificial government construct can legitimately take from man. Because any attempt in this sense would be an assault not only on the dignity and autonomy of man, but a mortal sin against the will of the Divine Creator. The usurpers of the sovereignty of the American people don’t care about any of this. Their sacrilege against the one true Divinity knows no bounds.
They will go after the firearms of the Americans as they should because an armed citizenship poses an immediate and terrible threat to the execution of their goal: the imposition of tyranny.
The usurpers know that snatching firearms from Americans would be a far more difficult proposition than limiting the right to free speech and association, which they did with relative ease, and repealing people’s right to be safe in their own people. houses, documents, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, which they have already carried out.
The actions of the Biden-Harris administration and the Pelosi-Schumer Congress are a conscious and absolute assault on the Constitution, the nation and its people. Together, these actions constitute the imposition of tyranny on the American people.
Do these deliberate acts, individually or collectively, rise to the level of treason since the word “treason” is defined in the US constitution and federal statute?
Does the importance of the treason clause that the founders wrote in the Constitution extend to the imposition of tyranny on the people? If so, then tyranny is tantamount to waging war against the people. This means that the imposition of war against the people is no less an act of treason, that is, no less an act of treason against the people, and, therefore, no less treason committed by the government on its own people, than is a ‘ illegitimate imposition of war by the people against the government.
But this idea that those individuals who serve in the government can, through their actions, commit treason against a people, is a new concept.
For the laws on the treason of all the other nations they do not admit a government action that could constitute a betrayal of the people. But then, no other nation on Earth has adopted a Bill of Rights that immediately establishes the fundamental rights that exist intrinsically in people; a Bill of Rights that serves as both a categorical statement and an urgent reminder to those who serve in the government that the government exists solely to serve the people. This means that the people are the master and the government is the servant. It also means that the People are the only Sovereign of and over the Nation and therefore manifestly Sovereign over the Government and that the Government is manifestly subject to the people.
Taking these propositions as axiomatic, i.e. self-evident, true, this means that, both as a matter of law and logic, the government itself, through its actions that harm people …damage that rises to the level of the betrayal of a sacred trust that binds the government to the service of the people forever——And unforgivable treason against the people. The people, for their part, have the legitimate right and legitimate duty, under the Treason Clause of the United States Constitution, to bring those who betray them to account for their crimes against them.
Absolute control over the free exercise of one’s fundamental rights and contempt for the Constitution and the laws of the nation is the sine qua non of tyranny. This notion of “Treason as a tyranny of the government directed against its own people” it is a thesis that requires further attention and explanation.
In future articles, we will continue to explore this idea of deliberate imposition of tyranny by Senior Federal Government Officials against people as involving the Treason Clause of the United States Constitution.
