The Portuguese driver teamed up with Ricky Taylor
Filipe Albuquerque won the Laguna Seca race of the North American Endurance Championship (IMSA) this Sunday and took a big step towards the title of champion in the main category (DPi) by significantly strengthening the first moonshine of the ranking.
The Portuguese driver teamed up with Ricky Taylor in the # 10 Acura and teamwork was the basis of this victory. Albuquerque followed the pole position obtained the day before taking the lead and Taylor redeems himself with a good final recovery of the 2h40 race to get his third win of the season.
IMSA has two more rounds, scheduled for later this month in Long Beach and Road Atlanta in November for the Petit Le Mnas 10 Hours.
