Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have agreed to carry on the Twenty20 international (T20I) three-game series between Harare’s senior men’s national teams.
Matches will now be played on 22, 23 and 25 July at Harare Sports Club, not on 23, 25 and 27 July as originally planned.
ZC and BCB agreed to retrofit the sets in order to address the scheduling and logistical challenges the tour TV production company was facing.
The third and final one-day international match between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh – a series that is part of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League – will take place as originally planned this Tuesday at Harare Sports Club.
The new changes have resulted in fast turnaround times for players who could play in both formats, particularly for Zimbabwe, which is a bit skinny at the moment.
