9mobile celebrates Customer Service Week, reaffirms its commitment to customer satisfaction

Customer-centric telecom company 9mobile reaffirmed that quality service and customer satisfaction are the overarching goals of all of its customer service platforms.

Speaking as the company celebrated 2021 Customer Service Week with activities at its experience centers in Lagos, the Director, Customer Service, 9mobile, Ehimare Omoike, acknowledged the contribution of customers to the operator’s success.

He said their patronage has made 9mobile the Nigerians’ first choice in voice and data offerings, adding that excellent customer experience and satisfaction is a culture at 9mobile.

“At 9mobile, customer service goes beyond a department. It is a culture, a way of life for all members of the organization. All of our critical parts and outlets provide ongoing support that ensures customer satisfaction, ”said Omoike.

The Director noted that the Operator’s attention to customer satisfaction has endeared it to its customers. “The total sum of our commitments, we believe, has put us in the right place and has guaranteed us to always be able to retain our customers”.

Omoike thanked the 9mobile customer service team for their commitment to providing excellent customer service at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Regardless of going online, you still need people at the backend to provide support, and that led to the article we published today titled ‘A Toast to Unsung Heroes.’ Our customer service representatives are truly unsung heroes.

“Despite the pandemic, they have devoted their time and their lives to leaving their homes for their workplaces to provide customer support,” he said.

Also commenting on a celebration held at the company’s headquarters in Lagos, interim CEO Juergen Peschel praised the diligence and commitment of the workers.

He said: “Our customer service representatives have been fantastic and I can only praise them. As I shared with them in an internal communication, they are the most critical element of our operation and are worth their weight in gold! “

Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. This year the theme was “The Power of Service”.
